Couple of days ago, Mr Sim said he wanted to learn how to make bao. This is nothing new, once in a while he will say something like that( whatever he says are all related to food). The last time was roasted duck. But this was the first time he took action. Last night we went to purchase all the necessary ingredients and Mr Sim appeared to be quite serious this time round. Since I did not lend a helping hand, I had to lend my helping mouth, I ate 1 ( think he ate more than 10 ). Well, not too bad for a first timer, at least it was edible.Tonight he has changed the flour and at the moment he is busy making bao in the kitchen. I think the only one that stands to gain from all these experiments are our illegal occupants - THE ANTS. Hopefully tonight I can eat 2 bao to show my support.

wah... looks not too bad for the 1st time bao-maker. but seems a little small leh... or the pic is taken too far away?? when will we have the honour to put the mighty baos into our humble mouths? heh.
hahaa......I am appointed to be the guinea pig, so you all better dun take the risk. Well the small baos are supposed to 'fa' after steaming, however the 'fa' effect is below expection.
