Updates

I have not been writing much these days, perhaps life is not as happening as before. Well, this 2 weeks morale is low, been doing reflection for days and yet did not arrive at any conclusion. So what happened ? The ranking is finally over, its the most unpleasant task that we have to do every year. I 'fought' hard for my people, managed to 'save' them. We must still rank those at the bottom. Despite all the feedback against ranking, we are still doing it year after year. Sigh....Must get out of this panel asap! Next is the prelims, they expected me to perform miracles, to make the impossible become possible, to turn all the Ds and Es to Cs and Bs, pretty amazing! I have tried and have proven that I can't perform miracle ( if I can, I will not be sitting here). Some have tried hard, getting a high Ds but it takes time to improve their language, especially for people who are Ds and Es since P3 or P4. Imagine they have to learn P3 to P6's work in a year, how incredible! They are only left with 1 month so I suppose other than doing revision, the most effective and efficient way is to keep praying.
