Today we learnt how to make Cream Cheese Torte Cake and Freshfruit Tarts. The cake is Mission Impossible for a beginner like me, the fruit tart is much more achievable. This time round, I bought extra slices for ZH. I think I will be buying extra share every week as he is full of praise for R.Goh after eating his cakes. ZH's colleagues and friends are very impressed that I signed up for baking class. ZH said he is too embarrassed to tell them that my real motive is to go and purchase freshly made cakes at a lower price very week. I think ZH has more potential than me in cake making, he is interested to learn but then he back out after knowing that he will be the thorn among the roses.
