Today I decided to try making a sponge cake. Many of my aunties classmates commented that its not easy to make a sponge cake which is the most basic. I realized that I need an assistant.My assistant complained that he did most of the job. I added whipped cream on the cake and put some kiwi and raisins to decorate, if not it looks really dull. Well, the whipped cream tastes good. The cake is quite alright ( according to my assistant, his standard is lower) , but R.Goh's cake is much softer.
