Found this confectionery at Bukit Timah Road ( along the food street), its an old shophouse, we passed by a number of times and this is our 2nd time making a purchase. Its called Ng Kim Lee Confectionery , the interior looks so traditional. The shop sells a wide variety of pastries and the price is reasonable. The famous ones are the muffins and cheesecakes. I think this shop is quite famous as it has appeared on the papers before.
The muffins look good and come in 15 different favours ( eg : kiwi, mango, strawberry, durian, banana, walnut, etc etc) I tried the durian ones before, it tasted great, mainly because I am a durian lover. Muffin costs 50 cents each. The cheese and mousse cakes range from $1.80 to $2.80, cheaper than Coffeebean and companies. We bought American and New York cheese cake plus durian mousse cake. We tried the German cheese cake last time, its yummy ! Today is another sinful and unhealthy lunch but we like it ! :P
