Its Mid Autumn Festival !

I remembered last year around this time, I signed up for the Snowskin Mooncake Making Workshop. I made rum flavor mooncake. This year I tried again. This year the theme is on FRUITS :

- Mango

-Raspberry

-Orange Rum

-Cranberry

I have never tried all these flavors before , seems so weird.

Other than Snowskin Mooncake, they also conduct lessons on Mochi. 

These are the flavors : 

-Dried Longan

-Green Tea

-Peanut

-Passionfruit

All these lessons are very popular, all the slots are full. They only conduct lessons from 20 August to 23 August, 4 different time slots each day. My colleagues expressed keen interest in making mooncakes , J even signed up for both the traditional mooncake and snowskin mooncake. 

I decided to make Cranberry mooncakes after sampling all the different flavours. Actually Mochi is very tasty but ZH dislikes. I shall post my mooncakes tomorrow !
