Fish Soup


Another easy to prepare soup : Preserved vegetables & Fish Soup. We often has dinner with this soup and plain rice. Its easy to prepare, all you need is to spend 1/2 an hour in the kitchen. Only thing to take note is not to over cook the fish otherwise the fish will not taste good. Add in the fish as the last ingredient and boil it for a while.

The ingredients : ( serves 2)
1. A piece of Batang Fish ( same as the one hawker use in their fish soup)
2. some preserved vegetables ( soak in water for at least an hour)
3. 1 packet of toufu
4. 1 to 2 tomatoes
5. Slices of ginger
6. Add some sesame oil & cooking wine to the fish
