Healthy Drink: Banana + Tomato+ Apple

Other than being a healthy drink, this is also a slim-down juice. According to a book,  a cup a day will help to strengthen stomach and condition bowels ( great for those who face constipation problem). This is also an ideal substitute to meals for people who wants to reduce weight like me.  But if you dislike banana juice, then would advise you not to try this drink. The banana taste is quite strong. I try to make a different fruit juice everyday ( or 3 to 4 times a week), making fruit juice is so much easier than preparing a meal. Less washing and oil free, though one might say there is quite a bit of preparation job but I do not mind the cutting part, at least its cleaner, unlike preparing the seafood and the meat. 

The ingredients: ( serves 1)
1 banana, 1/2 apple,  1 tomato and half glass of water
