Easy Cooking


As usual I explore the easiest way to cook. On Monday night, I managed to prepare 1 soup & 1 vegetables in less than 45 minutes. The soup and rice ( with veg ) were cooked concurrently. The fish, tofu & sichuan veg soup is one of the soups that we often have. As for the broccoli and carrot, I always overcooked which leads to loss of nutrition. This was the first time which I did not overcook. I placed the veg on the mental thing ( placed in the rice cooker)5 minutes after I switched on the rice cooker and added in a bit of oyster sauce.
