Yesterday I bought these 2 plates at Compass Point and has put it to use today. I like the purple flowers design. These 2 plates are extremely useful, especially for lazy people like me. I can dump all the meat, vegetables and rice into the plate, much to the delight of my washer cum meat-eater. Initially I planned to cook salmon, mushrooms and rice. But the meat-eater expressed violent objection so I got to steam chicken breast meat together with the mushrooms.
